A note from Dave...

It's Pool Refresher Time...

Early Spring is the traditional time for divers to find a pool to do either a self-refresher or a fully guided, instructor-led Scuba skills update. I just want to take a minute to explain your options, should you choose to use our clean, clear 87-degree pool.

If you want to do a full instructor-led Scuba skills update, here's the link to the page that explains the pricing and shows our schedule.

If you'd like to just come in and dive the pool on your own, the best thing to do is to give us a call to confirm pool space. We've generally got great availability any time up to 4PM Monday thru Thursday, any time on Fridays, and generally almost any time on the weekends. We have almost no availability after 4PM Mon-Thurs because of the popularity of our swim lessons.

The rates to dive the pool are as follows:

  • If you're a Gypsy Divers club member, it's free.
  • If AirTech has serviced your equipment within the last year, it's free.
  • If you've got your own equipment and just want to use the pool, the fee is $20.
  • If you want to rent our equipment and use our pool, the fee is $30.

Please note that if we did not certify you, we will need to see your C-card, and our insurance stipulates that we must do a quick (and free) gear check prior to letting use your gear in our pool. This is painless and only takes a minute.

A spring pool check is the ideal way to make sure your equipment and your dive skills are still working correctly. We hope we'll see you in our water real soon.
