AQUACIZE IS a shallow-water workout designed to exercise both upper and lower body muscle groups with minimal impact to the joints. All components of exercise – strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular training – are met in this class, with an additional focus on breathing, posture and balance. Multiple exercise options are provided, based on individual skill/fitness level and student-specific needs. AQUACIZE IS a great workout and a fun way to begin and/or maintain a lifetime habit of good physical health. Morgana Moore, PT, MPT, ATRIC, has been a physical therapist since 1998, and has specialized in aquatic therapy for the last six years. She has worked with patients of all ages and with a wide variety of diagnoses. She is also a triathlete, and has enjoyed scuba diving since becoming certified through Gypsy Divers in 1991. She has now started her own business - Aqua Therapy Solutions, seeing private aquatic patients in addition to teaching the Aquacize class.
Course Tuition: $5 per class You can sign up for two sessions per week, or only one - your choice. Please call us at 255-1931 to enroll. You're also totally welcome to come attend one class free, just to see what you think. We will need you to complete BOTH sides of this Health
History Form prior to starting your Aquacize program. You're welcome
