Time Commitment: An hour or so at home to read the text and answer the questions, one evening session at Gypsy Divers (to check suit fit, go over maintenance issues, attach the lp inflator hose to your reg, etc.) a quick pool session and a day of diving wonderful winter waters.

Required Equipment: Drysuit, personal snorkeling gear and scuba equipment with functioning BCD auto-inflator and alternate air source, PSI/ depth gauges or computer, two dive cylinders, compass, slate. Medical Waiver: If it's been more than a year since you were in the water, and/or it's your first time taking a course from Gypsy Divers, a Medical History Form is required.
