Open Water Instructor

We believe every person deserves the chance to become a diver. We look for instructor candidates who understand the value of empathy, patience, and persistence in scuba instruction. We need instructors who are professional and discerning enough to honestly evaluate the skill and comfort level of their students and also stubborn and persistent enough to give each student every opportunity to succeed.

Pre-Requisites:
Number of dives logged: 100 or more
Training: DiveCon rating
Experience: Assisted as a DiveCon in training at least 50 students. Verified by logbook.
Conditioning: 400 yard free-style swim in 9 minutes. 800 yard snorkel swim in 15 minutes.
Current First Aid/CPR certification

Time Commitment: 8 days.
